Hydroseeding Binder
Strong Bonding & Anti-erosion: Forms viscous colloid after dissolution, bonds wood fiber, soil particles and seeds together to build flexible anti-scour covering.
Neutral & Seed-safe: Non-ionic type with nearly neutral pH, no inhibition on seed germination, ideal for hydroseeding revegetation.
Thickening & Suspending Effect: Increases slurry viscosity, prevents material sedimentation, helps substrate adhere firmly on steep rocky slopes without sliding.
Good Compatibility: Works well with wood fiber, SAP water retainer, compound fertilizer and microbial nutrient solution, no invalid flocculation.
Low Dosage & Easy Dissolving: Dissolves in water under agitation, convenient for large-volume hydroseeder construction.
Recommended Mixing Ratio
Dosage: 2～3 kg per 1m³ hydroseeding slurry, or 3–5 g/㎡
Tip: Sprinkle powder slowly into stirring water to prevent agglomeration.

Notes
Non-ionic PAM is preferred for hydroseeding; anionic/cationic types may hurt seed germination.
Store powder sealed & dry, moisture causes caking.
Dissolve at ambient temperature; hot water degrades its viscosity.
Prepare adhesive liquid on-site, do not store for long time.
Hydroseeding binder is a dedicated polymer bonding additive for hydraulic and foreign-soil hydroseeding. Used together with wood fiber, water retainer, grass & shrub seeds and growing medium, it forms stable consolidated fiber protective layer on slopes to resist rain erosion, widely adopted in ecological restoration of mines, highways and riverbanks.
